    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team at TANACOM IO. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving computer hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's IT infrastructure.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems, both remotely and in person. Manage and administer user accounts, access rights, and security settings. Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and upgrading of IT systems and infrastructure. Respond to user inquiries and provide training on IT systems and applications. Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems. Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions using ticketing systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide proactive support.
  • Educational Requirement

    • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience working in a similar role as an IT support professional.
    • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
    • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
    • Familiarity with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
    • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and help desk ticketing systems.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
